Shipping charges are calculated based on the “billable weight” of your package, and the shipping method you select. We encourage customers to use their own UPS or FedEx account numbers whenever possible.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The sale, export and re-export of USA Security Systems Technology products, technology, software and/or any other items deemed an export by the U.S. Government are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited. Details of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) can be found at www.bis.doc.gov. International orders through USASS cannot be fully processed online, when placing your order a sales representative will be notified and you will be contacted regarding your order asap.
All International orders require an End Use/End User statement, no exceptions.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
Despite our best efforts, items on our web site may, on rare occasion, be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
For in stock items, it usually takes between 2 hours and 2 business days from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. These orders will get shipped out on the same day if they are ordered before 2:00 pm MST and will ship the next business day if they are placed after 2:00 MST. For items not in stock, you will be notified of the approximate lead time upon receipt of your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit.
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 30 days of the date we shipped it and we will refund your purchase price. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day refund policy.
To qualify for the refund, you must contact us for an RMA number and the product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We’re here to help and to work with you to find a solution.
Our 30-day return policy is valid for standard stocking products only. Please contact customer service for returns relating to special order items.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% of the purchase price. (This policy excludes in-warranty repairs, and/or defective returns )
For our customers’ protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out of the USASS warehouse. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions on how to receive your replacement
If the return is due to our error, we will pay your return shipping costs.

Backorders / Out of Stock Items
It is the standard policy of USASS to immediately contact the customer in the event the product ordered is found to be out of stock in order to communicate applicable lead times. If you opt to cancel your order, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
